with Wayan Partawan

Be at one with your mind, body, and soul as you increase flexibility. Wayan Partawan takes us through an hour-long Vinyasa Flow yoga session, with a beautiful Sanur Beach sunrise as your backdrop.

Sanur is renowned as the birthplace of tourism in Bali. Its name is often associated with silent, black and white movie comedian Charlie Chaplin, who stayed in Sanur during his 1932 visit to Bali.

The Sanur Beach stretch has beautiful white sand and warm, calming water. It was first brought to the world’s attention by a painting exhibition of the Belgian artist AJ Le Mayeur and his wife, Ni Polok, who settled in Sanur in 1937. On the southeast side is the island of Nusa Lembongan, and on the east side we can see a beautiful view of the Lombok Straits with the majestic Mount Agung in the background. Dotted with laidback cafes and restaurants, Sanur Beach is the ideal place to relax, and is the best spot to watch the sunrise.

Wayan will lead an hour-long Vinyasa Flow yoga at this sunrise spot. A style that keeps you moving from asana to asana, linking each pose to an inhale and exhale, as you remain present during the session. If you find your mind wandering off from time to time, Vinyasa Yoga is for you.
