with Komang Desiani

Relax the nervous system, rejuvenate the body and calm the mind. For a unique experience, Komang Desiani leads us through an hour-long Yin Yang Yoga session at the Puri Tresna, or the Palace of Love, in Renon.

Puri Tresna is located in Renon, Denpasar. Adjoining the bustling city-centre, Renon is one of the greenest neighbourhoods in Denpasar, with its tree-lined streets, sprawling lawns, lush gardens, distinguished residences and architecture. Dotted throughout the area are museums, temples and monuments—the largest being the Bajra Sandhi monument. Towering over Renon Square, or Puputan Renon, the 45-metre tall monument’s shape resembles that of a Balinese Hindu priest’s praying bell or bajra.

The Puri (palace), is vibrantly designed in luxurious Balinese style and décor, making it the perfect and favourite place for couples to tie the knot. Especially those wanting a traditional Balinese wedding ceremony. Conveniently, Puri means ‘palace’, and Tresna means ‘love’.

Desi will lead an hour-long Yin Yang Yoga in this love nest. A type of yoga that resets the body’s pace, slowing it down, taking in the moment—the now—allowing you to search for that gratitude of existence.
